What does unlimited really mean?

• You can send us as many design requests as you like, we will process them one by one in a queue for you as fast as humanly possible. If you are not happy with any of the design concepts, you can then request as many changes to that concept as you like. You will never be charged more than the monthly fee and there are no other fees that you’ll need to pay to access our design service

Are there restrictions to the types of design work that you do?

• As long as it is a request for a static graphic design, we’ll be able to complete the job. This means that we don’t do video editing, animations, CAD, 3d work, magazine design, programming and coding. If in doubt, feel free to ask us before signing up.

Do you work on the weekends?

• No, our team retreats for meditation, in preparation for more brilliant design ideas to bring to the table.

I am an agency, can I resell the work completed?

• Yes, as you own all rights to the work, you can resell it as you see fit. If anything, this would be perfect to pick up the smaller pieces of work to free up bigger projects for your team.

Ok I’m in, but how quickly can I get my design work from you?

• This depends on the design request sent to us. Before we start a job, we will be able to provide a “time quote” which will tell you how long the task will take. A relatively simple design request can be delivered within 1 – 2 business days, whereas smaller tasks (such as font changes or change colors to a dark shade) can generally be turned around in the same business day. Do keep in mind that the “time quote” reflects the complexity of the task, so for original logo design, or a 4 page website, it will take significantly more time than design a static Facebook banner.

Do I need to commit to a contract?

• No, you can cancel at any time.

Who owns the work that is designed?

• You own everything that is designed by us. Much like the relationship you have with a design agency or a freelancer, as you have paid for the work, you have 100% ownership to do what you like with the job.

How about revisions, how long will this take?

• Every revision will take at least 1 business day, and if it’s a more complex change may take longer. As with the initial design request, we will provide you with a “time quote” on the change.

I have multiple brands I’m working on, can you cater for this?

• Most certainly!

Can I share my account with others?

• Yes, you can. Do keep in mind that we process requests in a queue, one at a time, so the experience will be sub-par if the account was being shared excessively or abused.

Just received my design work but I’m not 100% happy, what now?

• You can request an unlimited number of changes, this means we will keep working on the design until you are 100% happy.

How do I cancel my account?

• It’s as easy and sending us a formal letter via email or physical mail with your request.
